At the Feldsalat festival, everyone pitches in, because we're a non-commercial, participatory festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether as a volunteer or a dedicated attendee, everyone contributes to our success, whether it\u2019s setting up, helping out in the workshops, or working behind the bar. This makes our festival a shared experience where we all come together to create something amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to work a shift (2\u20133 hours) at the festival and do your part to ensure everything runs smoothly. No prior experience is required, and you will receive proper training before your shift. Additionally, you will always work as part of a team under the supervision of an experienced shift leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The DJs are doing their best to get you sweating on the dance floor. But to make sure they don\u2019t get dehydrated themselves, they need your help! You\u2019ll get to go behind the scenes and keep the DJ(s) supplied with drinks.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

Together with three other volunteers, you\u2019ll make sure everyone is doing well and be the go-to person if anyone needs help.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

Serve beer, mix long drinks, and fill cups with sparkling wine or water. Plus, you\u2019ll be the most popular person behind the bar.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

Keep an eye on our campfire and the flying sparks, add more wood, and make sure it\u2019s just the fire that burns and not our property.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that someone doesn\u2019t show up for their shift. In that case, you\u2019re called upon as a substitute and step in wherever you\u2019re needed. If no one is absent, you can relax during your shift. But don\u2019t count on it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details>\n\n\n\n

WC-Wizard*ess<\/div><\/summary>

A particularly important, and arguably the most crucial, task of the festival.
